Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – NÔbyAmélia

At NÔbyAmélia, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchases. That’s why we offer a simple process for exchanges, returns, or cancellations, always subject to the conditions outlined below.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to do so.

To start an exchange request, send an email to nobyamelia.td@gmail.com indicating your order number and the product you wish to exchange, and wait for our instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for accepting exchanges:

  • The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, properly sealed.

  • You should send the products in their original packaging showing your shipping details. If you no longer have it, place your full name and order number inside (e.g., Name Surname #00000).

Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the criteria, we will contact you to complete the exchange or, if applicable, process the refund.

Note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items.

RETURNS
You also have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To start a return:
Send an email to nobyamelia.td@gmail.com with your order details and the items to be returned. We will provide you with the next steps.

After receiving and inspecting the item:
We will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s) within a maximum of 14 business days after validating the process.

Important: The refunded amount only covers the returned item(s). Shipping costs (both for the original order and the return) are not refundable, except in cases of error or product defect.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at nobyamelia.td@gmail.com.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be processed at no cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped, the shipment cannot be stopped, but you may return the items once received.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
