Shipping policy

NÔbyAmélia entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external courier service, shipping the ordered product(s) according to the schedules and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.

On average, the preparation and shipping time for orders is 2 business days. During periods of higher order volume, such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Black Friday, and others, the average preparation time may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery time for Mainland Portugal is 1 to 3 business days, and for the islands approximately 5 to 7 business days. NÔbyAmélia will make every effort to meet these deadlines but is not responsible for possible delays caused by the courier.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for each order, the applicable cost is displayed automatically during the checkout process.

For orders with a delivery address in Mainland Portugal, the shipping cost is €4.95. For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free for Mainland Portugal.

For orders with a delivery address in the Azores or Madeira, the shipping cost is €8.00. Shipments to the Azores or Madeira are sent via registered mail.

NÔbyAmélia will inform the customer if the ordered product(s) are unavailable and will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the moment the unavailability is known.

The customer has the legal right of withdrawal, allowing them to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. For more information, please refer to our Exchanges and Returns Policy.
